• What is the precise goal of the project?
• Who is the project aimed at (target group/beneficiary)?
• How should the goals of the project and its desired impact be achieved (project approach, rationale, activities and milestones)?
• How will you supervise and measure the achievement of goals and ensure the project is oriented towards positive impact? What will you do with this information and lessons learned?
• Who are you and why are you the right organisation to carry out this project, including track record, skills, capacities and structure of your organisation, etc.)? How will your project help people to help themselves?
