On the digital grant management platform you have the opportunity to describe your organisation and your project. We are particularly interested in:

• What is the problem your organisation or project would like to solve (problem/relevance/context of the project)?
• What is the specific objective of the project?
• Who is to be reached by the project (target group/beneficiaries)?
• How are the project objectives and the desired impact to be achieved (intervention approach, impact logic, activities and milestones)?
• How do you monitor and measure target achievement and ensure impact orientation and what do you do with this information and knowledge?
• What risks or unintended consequences could your project have?
• Who are you and why are you the right organisation to deliver this project (including track record, capacity, organisational structure, project management, decision making and responsibilities, etc.)?
• How does your project help the beneficiaries to help themselves (help for self-help)?
• Project budget and funding requirements 

To create your application, you must open a profile the first time you use the digital platform. You can then create your grant application by answering questions and also have the option of uploading further relevant documents and information. Any future communication (especially reporting) will also take place via the digital platform.
